Cancellation Policy

At Aura Salon & Spa, we value your time as much as ours. To ensure the best experience for all guests enjoying our Aveda hair color treatments, hair cutting services, and spa services, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: 


Appointment Changes & Cancellations 


We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows (failing to arrive for your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). 


Holding Appointments 


A credit card on file may be required to secure appointments. Charges are only applied in the case of late cancellations or no-shows. 


Late Arrivals 


If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Services shortened due to late arrival will still be charged at full price. 


Emergencies & Consideration 


We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
